What can Customs NW bring to the table?
With 30 years of experience we have been at this since the inception of large scale ERP/MRP based systems. We understand the pitfalls of poor planning and timing. We understand the challenges that can be faced with users and the transition to new software systems. We are well versed in taking a companies processes and mapping them to a system that fits their needs. We have established working relationships with many software vendors, re-sellers and developers and understand how to grow and cultivate relationships with these firms.
What environments have we performed services in?
We have worked in a wide range of environments from Microprocessor manufacturing to Agriculture. We have supported companies in the commercial and residential electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, construction and Architectural fields and many of the associated applications like AutoCAD, Solidworks and Pro/E. In addition, we have worked within the microprocessor manufacturing industry supporting PLC, MFC, Fluid Dynamics and Distribution software systems and their related vaulting softwares. In Agriculture we have worked with tissue culture labs, small growers and large box store distributors to help them tackle the complexities of a product that never stop growing and changing. With the exception of space exploration and banking (which we are willing to learn) we have worked with most industries in some capacity.
